“You got a problem, bub?”
PERFECTION PERFECTION PERFECTION.

“You got a problem, bub?”
PERFECTION PERFECTION PERFECTION.
If you go back and examine the general personalities of previous Avatars, you begin to understand why certain incarnations act the way they do. Each Avatar incarnation is an individual, but they share the same general spirit — the sins of one Avatar come back to haunt another. Memories of past lives are buried just underneath the surface, influencing an incarnation’s behavior. Continually seeking atonement.
This will also touch on Korra’s “Avatar entitlement complex,” which is often a part of critiquing her character.
- Yangchen (Sacrifice)
- Kuruk (Selfishness)
- Kyoshi (Decisive Responsibility)
- Roku (Indecision)
- Aang (Avoidance)
- Korra (Bravado)
There are two types of mushrooms in the ATLA/LOK universe
Ever since that night where I sacrificed 4 hours of my life to watch that movie, I’ve wanted to see some kind of reference to how awful it was in LoK. (and no tahno saying “uh-vatar” is not enough) So, I came up with this headcanon that involves Asami (since her voice actress Seychelle Gabriel was in the movie as Yue).
A couple years ago, Asami was going through a phase where she wanted to be an actress, so Hiroshi hooked her up with the Ember Island Players, who cast her in “Boy in the Iceberg” for their 70th anniversary show or whatever. She was only in it once because it was so terrible she didn’t want anything to do with it. And she just kind of tries to forget it ever happened until Korra and Bolin find an old program for it one day and Asami’s just like “NO IT WAS AWFUL”
“Unable to pass as an honor student in the Republic City University, while his parents go to the dentist, Iroh Jr. attempts to maintain his grandfather Zuko’s honor as he takes his grandmother Mai’s place as a Kyoshi warrior to fight the war against the Equa-Huns who are planning to rid of Emperor Tenzin’s airbending, and soon, of the world… But everything changed when ASDFGHJKL.. attacked.”
BEHOLD!! IROLAN!!!
I’m sorry..Click the picture for bigger resolution and the “twisted-little-bit-of-fluff-with-major-angst-and-microscopically-mild-smut-reference-in-a-twisted-AU-based-on-either-your-OTP-with-some-NOTPS-which-is-half-inaccurate-and-where-one-of-your-favorite-character-dies-but-at-least-it-will-make-you-laugh-with-a-twisted-ending-within-a-twisted-ending-within-a-twisted-ending” story that comes with this
RAISING KORRA WOULD BE LIKE RAISING JACK JACK FROM THE INCREDIBLES
Korra: “Avatar Kyoshi, I need advice to stop Amon and Tarrlok!”
Kyoshi: “BEAT THAT MOTHERFUCKER WITH THAT OTHER MOTHERFUCKER!!!”
Korra: “Oh god!”
those three shows were legit my favorites when i was younger. I’d cry if I missed one…and I always looked up clips on youtube.
I had such a problem.
No regrets.
